Adult Beginners’ Leather Slider Workshop.

Unlock your inner footwear designer with my four-hour beginners’ shoe making workshop! 

This four hour workshop has been designed to introduce you to traditional shoe making skills, enabling you to create bespoke leather sliders that you can wear all year round!

A selection of leathers and all necessary shoe making tools, along with laces, beads and other embellishments, will be provided on the day.

Structure of the day:

-Design inspiration – with mood boards to help release your creativity 

-Made to measure pattern cutting – to ensure a perfect fit!

-Cutting and embellishing – hole punching, stitching, beading and lots more…

-Assembly – making sure everything is snug and secure

-Finishing – tidying up for that professional look and feel

What to bring on the day:

A pair of socks – that you do not mind walking around in on the floor.

Feel free to bring along old belts, denim and any components that you don’t use anymore – this is a great opportunity to upcycle, creating an extremely unique pair of shoes!
