Leather Belt Making Workshop at The Great Conservatory, Syon Park, Brentford 7th & 8th March
There will two sessions running each day from 11-1pm & 2-4pm.

This 2 hour workshop has been designed to introduce you to traditional leather working techniques, while you design and make your very own unique leather belt.
A selection of leathers and all the necessary leather working tools, along with studs, leather laces and other embellishments, will be provided to you on the day.
Structure of the day:
-Made-to-measure leather strap cutting – to ensure a perfect fit.
-Embellishing – buckles, hole punching, gemstones, poppers and lots more…
-Try it on – show off a little!
-And finally – burnishing the edges for a high quality finish.
When making your purchase:
-
choose the buckle (this will also be the width of your belt strap)

then choose your belt strap colour by the lengths available.
How to choose your belt length:
Where do you like to wear your belt?
Simply measure your waist (or hips if preferred) in inches (") and select the belt colour with a length greater than your exact waist measurement.
For example: If my waist measures 33 inches, I can choose any colour with a measurement of 33 or higher (34, 44, 60).
When you make your belt, there will be some wiggle room included on either side of your exact measurement.
Remember: if you would like the belt to fit near or on your hips - please measure your hips and use that measurement instead.
